However, as clearly identified during your purchasing process, due to the online nature of our products and services, we cannot offer refunds on our high quality products and services, which we offer at competitive prices.

This free consultation will support your start to working in a more engaged and more efficient fashion with your new HR resources.

We understand that you may change your mind after registering for a particular training session for any reason.
If you have not activated your key, a refund is possible. Please email us at email@example.com.
To qualify for the refund policy after having registered for online courses, please note that:
- In such case that the course become inaccessible during a training session, full refund will be given within 72 hours of your refund request received through email.
- No refund will be given, once the course has started and key activation of your coursework has taken place.
