We understand that you may change your mind after registering for a particular training session for any reason.

To qualify for the refund policy after having registered for online courses, please note that:

  • In such case that the course become inaccessible during a training session, full refund will be given within 72 hours of your refund request received through email.
  • No refund will be given, once the course has started and key activation of your coursework has taken place.
